week one
Understanding what’s really involved in podcast management. Spoiler: it’s not just editing and publishing episodes.
I’ll set you up for success with my favorite project management tool so you can start a streamlined business that impresses the hell out of your clients.
I told you we were hitting the ground running here. There are services that don’t require much skill and you can start offering them asap.

week two
That’s when we dive deep into the skills and tools you’ll need. I’m talking about audio editing, writing show notes, creating graphics, repurposing episodes and scheduling episodes.
I don’t believe AI is going anywhere, and I also think it’s a waste of time to fight it. So, I’m going to show you how you can use it to your advantage.

week three
This is where a lot of people get stuck, or worse, this is where people underprice their services and end up burnt out. This won’t be you.
The course comes with a proposal template and we’ll go over it together so you can customize it to wow your clients!

week four
I’ll share my favorite ways of finding podcast management and launch clients.
They said YES, what now? Don’t disappoint during onboarding or you might lose your client before they even sign the contract. I’ll show you some simple systems you should have in place to make onboarding easy and smooth.
Communication is KEY and probably one of the most overlooked skills in podcast management. I’ll share how and where you can communicate with clients online. Let’s set expectations right, and establish boundaries from the start.

The 30-Day Podcast Manager Course is self-paced and has no end date, you can work on your own time and at your own pace. Lessons will become available as soon as you join and each week for the folowing 4 weeks, I’ll drop more content in there as questions from students come in. But you will still have access to all the material during the lifetime of the course as a founding member.

There will be a question form so you can submit your questions each week in the first 4 weeks. I’ll record a video answering them and that will be available in the course for you to watch on your own time. This feature is only available during the live portion of the course that will happen in the 4 weeks following Black Friday. Videos will remain available for the lifetime of the course though if you need to go back to them.
